Year 5/6 Camp 2021 - QCCC Tamborine
On Monday 26th July, year five and six students will be attending camp at North Tamborine, Gold Coast Hinterland. Students will be leaving school on Monday (26th) morning and returning Friday (30th) afternoon. Students will be required to supply their own morning tea and lunch on Monday as we will be travelling.
The decision has been made to reduce the number of camps Year 5/6 students attend from 2 down to 1, ultimately saving families the cost of two camps. The cost for this years combined camp will be $575 before the fundraising deduction is applied. A saving of $300 on a separate Year 5 and Year 6 camp as previously run.
Activities on Tuesday will be run at the camp. On Wednesday, we will be travelling into Brisbane to spend the day exploring. We will be attending the Spark Lab at the Qld Museum and the Qld Art Gallery/Gallery of Modern Art. Thursday we will be travelling to the Gold Coast to spend the day at Movie World. We will leave camp early for our trip back to Gracemere on Friday.
