We welcome all members of our school community to be active participants in their child's education. Being a part of, and attending P&C meetings, is a key community of our school community engagement.
Gracemere SS P&C consists of a committee of 4, plus all our members. To become a member of the P&C, all you have to do is submit a completed P&C membership form (PDF, 245 KB) at the school office.
The P&C oversees our school tuckshop. It is a dynamic place to volunteer. You can select the times that you are available, whether it’s weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Volunteer forms are available from the office or at the Tuckshop.
You don’t need to be a member of the P&C to help. We are always after volunteers to help with: BBQ’s, Pancake Breakfast, volunteering in the Tuckshop, and many of the other events that we endeavour to hold. Members can be parents, carers, grandparents or teachers.
We have monthly meetings which are held in the library n the 3rd Wednesday of the month starting at 3.15pm. Everyone is invited to come along to see how things are run and to find out about upcoming events.
